All Atmosphir users must agree to the following terms of service.
Atmosphir Terms of Use
As an online game, Atmosphir has community standards and guidelines that all users must follow. Violation of these policies will result in IP banning and will be subject to account deletion, including all levels and player history.
All Atmosphir content is uploaded under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 United States License.
1. Do not upload any discriminatory, obscene, or pornographic material.
2. Do not upload screenshots with modified textures. Your screenshot must accurately display your level/game.
3. Do not modify Atmosphir in any way using non-native code, hacks, third party programs, or anything that changes the game or website in any way from Minor Studios’ original code.
4. Do not attempt to access private portions of the game or website.
5. Do not upload anything that you do not own a copyright to. (If you are a copyright holder and believe something in Atmosphir infringes on your copyright, please contact us immediately).
6. Do not upload more than 1 instance of a level. Modifications are perfectly acceptable, but having multiple versions of the exact same level is considered spam.
7. Do not upload purely promotional content. For example, a level with just a web URL spelled out in blocks is considered spam.
Forum Terms of Service
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.

Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented.
